Photo-Anodised Aluminium

The feature material utilised in our jewellery is photo-anodised aluminium. This industrial technique has been customised for Occulture, requiring exacting methods to refine the process for fine jewellery application. The colours are hand mixed to specification and every care is taken, from the selection of the sheet of metal to the handling and processing to achieve the finest quality outcome. The artwork is embedded into the pores of the aluminium and sealed, protecting the wearer and the artwork, it is scratch resistant and non fading, ensuring your jewellery will be enjoyed for lifetimes to come.

We only print in limited editions and as each print run is custom made their are slight variations in colour which adds to the uniqueness of your item.
