These are perfect little boxes to pop our earrings, bracelets and pendants into and we will also have cuff boxes soon to complete the range.
Each item comes with a story card containing information about the artist and the dreamtime story depicted in the artwork.

The special thing about this is the jewellery takes on many moods when worn, soft and warm to brilliantly stark in an array of flashing colour.
The cuff featured here is of the painting 'Seven Sisters Outside the Milky Way' by Jeannie Uluru Reid from the custom collection designed by Occulture for Voyages Resort.

Gold-Filled: Despite how it sounds, gold-filled metal is not actually filled with gold. "Gold-filled" is simply an age-old term that became accepted in the jewellery industry. Today, gold-filled is a quality designation that's regulated by the Federal Trade Commission. To merit a "GF" stamp, the material must have a layer of gold that is at least 10-karat mechanically applied to a base metal; the karat gold layer must also be at least 1/20 (5%) of the item's total weight. All gold-filled items used by Occulture have a 12-karat or a 14-karat gold layer and meet federal quality standards.

]]>"I write to express my heartfelt thanks for all your kind support of our 2018 Yalari Melbourne Dinner held Thursday 16 August at Leonda by the Yarra. It was yet again a fabulous night for Yalari celebrating our 29 Victorian students and I thank you so much for the donation of the fabulous Occulture jewellery which was included in our Silent Auction and for the extraordinary generosity in your Occulture gifts to our students. So generous of you to support our Dinner so wholesomely and our students were simply blown away by their presents. Thank you for adding ‘the icing on the cake’ to their evening. Not surprisingly, the Auction jewellery attracted great bids and both winning bidders were really happy with their purchases."
]]>If you had've told me that one of the first publications to represent my work would be the Women's Weekly and I would be walking into the newsagent to buy it, I would have laughed my head off. But here we are and I am thrilled to be a part of an editorial celebrating our nations strong women!

I enjoy the challenge of designing for a client, the meeting of different ideas that stimulate an outcome more than I would have created on my own.
